The North Hills middle and high school jazz bands will be hosting their annual Mardi Gras Celebration at the Ross Township Community Center on Saturday, February 21.

The event starts at 7:00 pm and goes until 10:00 pm. Tickets are sold at the door for $5. All throughout the night, you can hear either of the bands play.

Mardi Gras isn’t only about the jazz music; there will be basket raffles, silent auctions, food concessions, 50/50, and most importantly, pie.  The proceeds go to the North Hills Commission Series, which provides students with a musical piece written directly for North Hills. 2015 is the 49^th year of the Commission Series and is the longest running series in the United States. Come out and enjoy a night of jazz music and pie.
