Pepperoni Roll Recipe

Frozen pre made dough

1 Block of mozzarella cheese

1 Pack of pepperoni 



  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Thaw out premade dough
  3. Grate block of mozzarella cheese (set aside)
  4. Put flour on counter
  5. Roll out dough as big as you can get it (but not too thin)
  6. Put a layer of cheese
  7. Put a layer of pepperoni
  8. Put another layer of cheese 
  9. Put another layer of pepperoni
  10. Repeat until you run out
  11. Roll dough bottom to top pulling a little bit as you go to make it tight 
  12. Place on a cookie sheet (I put mine in a circle)
  13. Place in oven for 25-30 min (or until light golden brown)
  14. Let cool, cut, and serve 🙂
