North Hills’ pottery and cooking students will combine to show their skills at the eighth annual “Empty Bowls” on February 4th. “Empty Bowls” will start at 6:00 p.m. and go until the soup and bowls have run out. Tickets will be available at the door for $10; the ticket will provide you with a bowl, soup, and bread. The money will go to the North Hills Community Outreach.

Everything at “Empty Bowls” is student made. Students from ninth to twelfth grade made the bowls (that were handcrafted in pottery classes), and soups and breads made from our cooking classes. While you’re at the high school for curriculum night, stop by cafeteria B for a bowl and some soup and to support a good cause.

North Hills Community Outreach is a non-profit organization that helps families in need through their many programs. For more information, go to www.nhco.org
