No-Bake Mini Cheesecakes

Especially around this holiday season, baking and cooking are both very common activities. This easy, no-bake cheesecake recipe is bound to be a hit at your next holiday gathering. (Or just make them for yourself!)
Ingredients:
1 package of cream cheese
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
⅓ cup of lemon juice
1 tsp of vanilla
2 packages of Keebler Ready Crust Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts (6 per package)
Topping of your choice (ex. Pie filling, fresh fruit, coconut, semi-sweet chocolate chips, etc)
Makes 12 servings
Directions
- Leave cream cheese out for at least 2 hours to soften.
- Put cream cheese in a mixing bowl and add sweetened condensed milk.
- Mix cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk thoroughly.
- Slowly add in lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
- Add vanilla.
- Keep mixing until batter is smooth with no clumps.
- Set 12 Keebler Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts out on a cookie sheet.
- Fill each crust about ¾ of the way and smooth top with a spoon.
- Add topping of your choice.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Enjoy!
