Crumbl is Not Overrated
Crumbl Cookies is rapidly gaining popularity since it opened in 2017. Crumbl is rated by millions of people across the nation with many contradicting views. Many love it while others despise it. Each week, new thoughts on the price, creativity, taste, and display of the cookies are brought up by the people and reveal many contrasting opinions.
Crumbl releases a lineup of six to eight cookies that always consists of a traditional chocolate chip cookie along with new and interesting flavors. These flavors depend on the season, votes from reward members, and ratings from previous releases. Crumbl then rotates its menu and provides a variety of choices week in and week out for customers. Customers find the concept of the company exciting as people wait each week for the new lineup to release. To add to the fun, customers go to social media and post reviews on the lineup. This is where things crumble for the company. People slander the cookies’ taste and display and complain about the cookies being overpriced. People also complain about the lack of availability of certain cookies as some sell out week to week. Many people believe that Crumbl is overrated and advise others to go to other places for a better experience. However, tons of people defend Crumbl by claiming the cookies come just how they look, taste phenomenal, and are worth the price they are listed at. Many questions about the cookies arise from these opinions. Is it the location of Crumbl’s? Is it Crumbl? Is it the employees? Are the cookies truly worth it? In my opinion, I believe that Crumbl is truly worth it. The cookies are absolutely delicious and the display of the cookies are just as fantastic. Personally, I have never had a problem with customer service and the availability of the cookies. The hateful reviews you hear online might be because of the location rather than the actual cookies. The price is also very reasonable considering the quantity, quality, and size of cookies customers receive. My personal favorite cookie has been the Oreo Birthday Cake flavor which was in Crumbl’s Birthday Week Lineup, also my favorite lineup that Crumbl has put out. Overall, people will always have different opinions on Crumbl, but you won’t know if you like it or not if you don’t try it for yourself.
