Funfetti Cookie Recipe

This sugar cookie recipe is perfect for a colorful spring treat. Quick and simple, this recipe makes about two and a half dozen cookies.

Ingredients:

1 box Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix

⅓ cup oil

2 eggs

Frosting and decorations of your choice 

Directions:

1) Heat oven to 375°F.

2) In a large bowl, stir cake mix, oil, and eggs with a spoon.

3) Shape dough into 1 in. balls, place 2 in. apart, then flatten to ¼ in. thickness.

4) Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Let cool for 1 minute, then move cookies from cookie sheet to cooling rack.

5) Spread frosting over cookies and decorate to your liking.
