Primanti Brothers

Primanti Brothers is the first big Pittsburgh Tradition. It is known for its famous sandwiches that are usually made up of grilled meat, melted cheese, coleslaw, tomato slices, and french fries. They are a great restaurant that you would definitely want to try if you are in Pittsburgh. The original Primanti Brothers is located on 18th street in the Strip District, but there are plenty of other locations in the Pittsburgh area. So if you would like to try one of the best Pittsburgh sandwiches this is the place to go!

 

Point State Park

Another Pittsburgh Tradition is Point State Park. Also known as The Point, Point State Park is a great place to visit. You can see the fountain, go to the Fort Pitt Museum, see where the Three Rivers meet, and much more. It is also where Fort Pitt, one of the oldest structures in Pittsburgh, is located. So if you like history and being outdoors Point State Park is a great place to go.

 

Mount Washington

For a third Pittsburgh Tradition, Mount Washington. It can be accessed by the Monogohela and Duquesne Inclines. It has some amazing restaurants and has a great view of the city. It is a great place to take pictures, go out to eat, and enjoy your time. If you like sight seeing and just having a good time Mount Washington is a great place for you!

 

Scare House

Scare House is a great haunted house in Pittsburgh, perfect for the upcoming Halloween season. It is ranked one of the best in America. Located just 10 minutes outside of the city of Pittsburgh in Etna, PA. The building is over 100 years old, adding to the eeriness and makes the experience that much better. So if you like a good scare, Scare House is the place for you!
