On November 8, 2018 there was yet another public shooting a little over a week after the fatal Pittsburgh synagogue shooting occurred.  Twelve people were gunned down at a country music bar in Thousand Oaks, California, including a police officer manning the front of the bar. On this particular night, they invited close college students in to celebrate for college night. Witnesses described that a smoke bomb was thrown into the bar with gunshots coming right after the bomb hit the floor. Witnesses also described that the people in the bar immediately went under the tables until the shooter finally shot himself after killing twelve people. After these two awful shootings, people from both sides came together to mourn and try to find a solution for these disgusting shootings.
