Roll into NatuRoll

Do you love fresh ice cream??!? If so, with warmer weather just around the corner, I suggest taking yourself and a friend over to NatuRoll Creamery! Located in Lawrenceville, this is not your typical ice cream shop. Everything is made to order with real fresh and yummy ingredients. I have only been there twice and each time has just reasserted that is the most delicious ice cream I have ever eaten. Cyndie Delucia opened her now renowned ice cream shop late in the summer last year on 4318 Butler Street in Lawrenceville because of all of the foot traffic. This is what keeps her from opening one in Cranberry or in North Hills. The shop is open Tuesday through Thursday 3-9pm, Friday 3-10pm, Saturday 12-10pm and Sunday 12-6pm.

Although the line outside stretched for half a block, it moved very quickly, and keep in mind that both times I went on a Friday night, and the shop itself is very small. You can make your own or one of their specials, which I suggest. There are so many options for you to chose from! The first time I went I got the S’mores special made with vanilla cream, graham crackers, and chocolate. It was simply indulging. The second time I had the Tortoise special which consists of pecans, caramel, salt, and vanilla cream. The Tortoise was also delicious, but my favorite was the S’mores. The ice cream is a little pricy with each one being $7.75 + tax, but the portion is considerably big. The service was quick too, with the people being very friendly and personable. I would recommend anyone and everyone going to NatuRoll Creamery, because who doesn’t love ice cream?
